Pet Shop Boys: The Most Incredible Thing – MP3 Preview *UPDATE 18/3*

Here’s an 11-minute MP3 Preview of the Pet Shop Boys forthcoming (snigger) ‘Ballet’.  Not my cup of tea really, but some of you may enjoy it.  The second excerpt is just ‘Can You Forgive Her?’ with new sounds and a different arrangement.  I’d say.  This MP3 is just one file that contains excerpts from all the tracks that were available on their site.  It’s handy because you get to look at a blank screen while it’s playing.

The 2CD and digital formats will be available Monday 14 March.  The ballet itself can be found at Sadler’s Wells, London, from  17th to 26th March.  Tickets range from £10 to £40.  Expect the usual range of horrendously-priced bonus CDs, DVDs, books and Christ-knows what else anytime soon.

The BBC have a news page with a short video and audio sample, plus some blurb – HERE

*UPDATE*  Received my Advance Promo of the 2CD set today.  Currently listening to it.  Must admit its better than that Battleship Potemkin thing they did in Trafalgar Square a few years ago.  I doubt I’ll go to Sadlers Wells to see a performance.
